We are in the Asian tonight with our family. When we arrived, there were balloons on the table as I’d advised them that both my daughter and grandson’d had birthdays this week. The food and service were amazing. At the end they brought out a cake and sung to us. Recommended 100%

Arrived late last night with 3 young children. Not cot in room despite request. Waited 45 min for 2 broken cots. No instruction about restaurant bookings. Today informed that you need to login to their website at 0800 to book 48hr in advance. Nothing available between 1800 and 2200 until Wednesday - halfway through our stay. Spoke with guest relations-very unhelpful and advised us to use buffet or eat at 10 o’clock. No apology about not being informed to login this morning. Not what we have come to expect from a Rixos. On the positive side Waterpark this morning was excellent.

Last summer we stayed here for a week and had such an amazing time that we have booked to come back this summer for two weeks! We have never gone back to the same hotel but the Rixos truly is incredible. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really look after you. We love our food and were not disappointed. We loved eating at the a la carte restaurants each evening. The pools are simply stunning. The water park is such fun and our girls ( aged 5 and 9 at the time) could have spent all day there. Snorkeling was such a good experience esp as the sea was so lovely and warm in July/August! We cannot fault the hotel other than the music is extremely loud and goes on til very late for a family hotel. ( We did really enjoy the shows however!) Luckily we couldn't hear it with our air con on in the room. We have recommended it to friends and family. We cannot wait to visit again this summer and have been counting down since we booked!

We are a little late in writing this review as we stayed in March. We would like to thank Amery Burleigh (General Manager) and all her wonderful staff. In no particular order Many thanks to the following:- The Food and Beverage Director Bassam (have lost his business card). for the wonderful Lebanese meal he had laid on for us. Abdo El Karim The Manager of Salt and Yoel the wine Sommelier for both their helpfulness and friendship. Hassan, Fathy, Mary and the rest of the team at the X lounge. The staff in the lobby bar were attentive and very friendly and entertaining. Mahmoud and the staff that looked after us at breakfasts and lunches at the turquoise restaurant. Pedro and all at the Brazilian Restaurant for both the food and his dancing. To all the other restaurant staff where we ate the service and food were good though hope they sort out the menu problem at the French restaurant. All the beach staff for their attention. All the gardeners for their hard work in keeping the place looking so good with a special thank you to Nabawy. Have already booked for return holiday in November so looking forward to seeing you all then. Jennifer and Mick

Here right now and it’s such a lovely resort. So glad we have booked to come back in June and September with friends and family. A big shout out especially to the pool life guards Ziad , Mahmoud, & Ahmed ,and Ahmed the bar guy too , such great guys always there to help , nothing is too much trouble, always smiling and laughing , such lovely people. Everyone is so helpful , the food in all the restaurants is so good. Definitely one of the best resorts we have been too, it’s a large resort which is what we like. There are many restaurants to chose from, giving plenty of choice , all in all 5* . 😁
